Terms and Conditions

When Brent Personnel makes contact with a potential new client or is assisting with the recruitment at an existing client we always ensure that both parties have agreed to our Standard Terms of Service. These terms of service refer to specific conditions, for the benefit of both parties, should there be a successful placement at the client. The areas that are specified include, but not limited to, the fee percentage applicable to the CTC salary of the candidate placed, payment terms to validate the guarantee, conditions that are applicable to the guarantee and the relevant credit note should the situation arise.

As an established agency with a solid track record in the industry we pride ourselves on the service, from all aspects, that we give our clients and thereby feel we can validate our conditions specified in our Terms of Service.
